Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations with over 300 users, integrating with enterprise applications such as Oracle and SAP.
  • Experience in a global delivery model.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., Informatica Cloud).
  • Involvement in all phases of project development, including requirements gathering, planning, analysis, design, architecture, build, deployment, and support.

Demonstrated Skills:

Proven ability to:
  • Define systems strategy and develop comprehensive requirements.
  • Design and prototype solutions, conduct testing, and provide training.
  • Establish support procedures and implement effective business solutions.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will:
  • Lead and manage all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and customizations, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
  • Oversee development teams utilizing Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, and other technologies to create tailored solutions that meet business needs and drive strategic decisions.
  • Provide technical guidance and establish best practices for integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce to enhance business processes and productivity, making recommendations to support rapid organizational growth.
  • Define, communicate, and manage a change management process for developing and implementing new applications and updates to existing systems.

Relevant Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Certifications:

Desired certifications include Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
