Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain well-organized backlogs for Project Sunrise scrum teams, ensuring prioritization aligns with key business objectives.
  • Drive the delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance the overall functionality and value of the SFDC platform.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to foster strong working relationships and facilitate communication.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges and promote innovative thinking within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce product owner or manager, utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a talent for coaching product owners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong time management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly for engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically about business architecture.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred, with hands-on experience in Salesforce.

This position is essential for driving the success of the OTC revamp project and ensuring that business needs are met effectively.
