Position Overview:

The OTC Product Management & Support Lead plays a crucial role within the Commercial Systems Team, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency for diverse business stakeholders. This role involves working within an agile framework to prioritize, plan, and manage the execution of strategic initiatives related to the OTC revamp project, aimed at maximizing the value derived from the SFDC platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and prioritize backlogs for Project Sunrise scrum teams, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
  • Drive the delivery of strategic initiatives, enhancing the overall value of the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and relationship building.
  • Coach and mentor product owners to foster leadership and development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce product owner or manager, with a strong background in agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor others.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to questioning established processes.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, particularly for engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain effective working relationships across various departments.
  • Innovative thinking with a focus on business architecture and strategic outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation expertise.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred, with hands-on experience in Salesforce.
