- Support the fleet of cars by tracking vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various operational activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate reports on operational performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address any operational issues.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the operations team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (no degree required).
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in operations coordination or administration.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
