Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Primary Recruiting Services. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and CEO, including data entry, reporting, and maintenance.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including restocking supplies and managing vendor relationships.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll, including 401K uploads and Workers Compensation uploads.
  • Inventory Management: Take inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate team and company events, adhering to monthly budget.
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for sales members, leadership, and management, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, working closely with the Operations Manager and CEO.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and QuickBooks software.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
