This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the service sales process. The successful candidate will work closely with Account Managers, Administrative Assistants, and other assigned staff to ensure the smooth operation of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the service sales team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members as needed.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the service sales process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
