The HR Coordinator will be actively involved in the recruitment process and the onboarding of new hires, contributing significantly to the organization's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (may include but are not limited to):
  • Handles HR data transactions, including new hire data entry and payroll modifications
  • Maintains employee personnel records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Coordinates New Hire Orientation and supports onboarding processes
  • Provides analytical data through the HRIS for reporting purposes
  • Orders supplies for the HR Department and organizes company events
  • Manages HR communications and initiatives to enhance employee engagement
  • Prepares agendas and minutes for Committee meetings
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
  • ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases
