Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

This organization specializes in wholesale mortgage and consumer loan origination, partnering with a highly regarded mortgage provider.
We are in search of a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to enhance our operations. This role involves executing clerical and administrative tasks that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator, your duties will encompass greeting and assisting customers, clients, and other visitors. You will manage visitor check-ins and guide them to their designated areas. Additionally, you will notify staff of visitor arrivals or cancellations.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence is essential. You will maintain databases and filing systems, whether digital or physical, ensuring proper organization of documents. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment is crucial. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
- Furthermore, as a non-licensed staff member, you may be tasked with various permissible activities that do not necessitate licensure. This includes providing general information or descriptions of credit products in response to inquiries, as well as offering contact details for other employees or loan originators upon request, without discussing specific credit terms. You may also assist in loan processing tasks, such as compiling credit application packages and necessary documentation for loan originators.
