RepSpark is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is generating new net business while handling the full-cycle sales process. 


Position Overview

RepSpark is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team. The AE will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. This role requires someone with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with C-level executives.

 

THIS IS A FULL-TIME, IN-OFFICE ROLE IN DURHAM, NC


Responsibilities
  • Build, qualify, and manage a productive pipeline of manufacturers/brands who can benefit from RepSpark’s industry-leading solutions;
  • Prospecting and outreach to highly targeted, cold and hot leads;
  • Meet and exceed revenue quotas (ARR and GCV);
  • Conduct live product demonstrations via phone, video conference, webinar, and face-to-face;
  • Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities within targeted industries. 


Job Requirements
  • Ability to maintain high productivity levels while managing multiple competing priorities; 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment;
  • Pro-level communication and presentation skills
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to sell to C-level executives; 
  • Enthusiasm for challenges and overcoming them with a need-to-win attitude;
  • Understanding of wholesale business models and challenges; 
  • Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented sales; 
  • CRM experience required (HubSpot experience preferred);
  • SaaS knowledge/experience required
