How will you make an impact in this role?

The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

Resy's SaaS platform offers a wide range of features and functionality, managing reservations and tables, and tracking guest and restaurant data to help restaurants deliver the best hospitality to diners. The Director, Resy/Global Dining Colleague Strategic Partner (CSP) will focus on talent, performance, change and culture, CEG processes, and partnering with business leaders in the delivery of strategic priorities and projects. Specifically, the CSP will support the execution of strategic initiatives that supplement the innovation, growth and differentiation of the USCS business including delivering on the colleague and culture related aspects of due diligence and integrations across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing high impact consultation and solutions to business leaders using a practical and data-driven approach.Setting the strategic direction for colleague and cultural integration.Partnering with the business and CEG to execute on organizational effectiveness and change efforts, culture initiatives, and colleague engagement, serving as the expert in how change is led and sustained. Building and leading a talent strategy that drives business performance, nurtures a culture that supports agility, and develops leaders who can lead, manage, and sustain change.Collaborating with CEG partners across various functions: compensation, benefits, DEI, colleague & labor relations, colleague services, global mobility, and CSP teams.Representing CEG on cross-functional teams and surfacing colleague-related issues and business impacts.Designing and executing integration/separation strategies and that enable and drive colleague integration.Facilitating talent and culture assessments, measuring gaps, and deploying mitigation strategies.Co-creating communication and engagement plan to support colleagues. Experience: Strong prioritization skills and ability to work independently.Strong influencing and partnership skills across a broad range of stakeholders; able to collaborate and gain buy-in through influence and partnership. Strong learning agility.Strategic thinking skills, including developing ideas that drive meaningful colleague experiences and competitive advantage; translating vision into action, connecting dots, and bringing ideas to execution.Ability to synthesize and analyze data to inform solutions and measure impact.Exceptional professional communication skills – clear, logical, and structured.Proven success in designing and delivering high-quality, end-to-end, colleague-centric solutions that enable business outcomes.Knowledge of multiple CEG disciplines, including compensation, colleague labor relations, talent management, inclusion and diversity, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.Experienced in leading multi-stakeholder projects for large scale change programs or process implementations.Utmost discretion and integrity.Business acumen: understand our business strategy, plans, and the impact of internal and external factors. Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
