Overview
The Strategic Partner Manager will oversee a designated segment of the Optimizely partner ecosystem, focusing on enhancing sales proficiency on the Optimizely platform among assigned partners.

This role encompasses strategic sales and business development planning, fundamental sales support, and the provision of tailored training sessions aimed at empowering partners to cultivate high-performing sales teams.

Additionally, this position is tasked with evaluating and onboarding new Solution partners within the specified region.

Key Responsibilities
- Showcase the value proposition of Optimizely.
- Communicate Optimizely's capabilities to partner teams.
- Enhance Optimizely's reputation within the partner network.
- Develop marketing materials for partner sales teams.
- Represent Optimizely at partner events or facilitate resources through the Optimizely team.
- Convey Optimizely's capabilities and benefits in terms relatable to partners.
- Share success stories, milestones, and pertinent information regarding Optimizely.
- Drive demand generation initiatives and manage a pipeline of opportunities.

- Coordinate partner enablement efforts, including sales support and training delivery, in collaboration with a Partner Enablement Manager and other Optimizely teams.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Partner Development.
- Proven track record in business development, relationship management, and/or strategic partnerships.
- Proficient in identifying potential solutions, formulating business cases, and developing demand generation and marketing strategies.
- Strong ability to cultivate and nurture diverse relationships critical to achieving Partner and Alliance revenue goals.
- Collaborative team player with a strong initiative and self-motivation, willing to take a leadership role in driving projects across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
