Job Summary

Prime Chief of Staff is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join its executive team. As a key member of the leadership team, the Strategic Operations Director will provide strategic support to the CEO and other executives, ensuring the effective execution of the company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage the daily operations of the executive office, including:
    • Identifying and implementing efficient systems and structures
    • Creating sustainability and continuity of executive office systems and processes
    • Managing reporting and communications deliverables, systems, and processes
    • Ensuring the CEO's time is properly rationalized and spent in the appropriate areas of focus
  • Set and monitor Key Objectives on behalf of the CEO, including:
    • Facilitating the company's strategic planning processes
    • Project managing strategic projects on behalf of the CEO
    • Executing projects by translating into actionable steps, gaining buy-in, and project managing to completion
    • Tracking performance, researching new solutions, and escalating progress or issues
  • Facilitate cross-functional integration, including:
    • Maintaining a collaborative and highly cohesive team aligned toward the same goals and strategic agenda
    • Working closely with team leaders to promote strong communication and collaboration between the CEO and team
    • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and activities
Requirements
  • 7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in a business operations or management consulting role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with executive-level leadership and build rapport with internal and external partners
  • Robust knowledge of change management and operational systems, structures, and methodologies
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex cross-functional projects
  • Comfort and experience with overseeing performance tracking through OKR framework
  • Ability to operate and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid business acumen, with a strong understanding of key leadership and managerial attributes
  • Excellent technology awareness, especially as it relates to automation of corporate processes
  • Self-starter and quick learner, with a strong sense of follow-through
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to work closely and effectively with a diverse group of backgrounds
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience communicating effectively at an executive level
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a bias towards taking action to improve key metrics
  • Solid financial acumen and knowledge of budgeting is a plus
Salary Range

$175,000-$200,000
