A leading global retailer is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join their expanding team. As the right-hand to the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, the hiring manager is looking for a hands-on and influential FP&A professional to collaborate with the senior leadership team in driving business growth and development through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and reporting packages to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business development and M&A initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a focus on consumer products, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or supply chain.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and reporting packages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of SAP implementation or integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting the build-out and automation of FP&A departments.
  • Knowledge of company and financial system integration.
