As a Strategic Finance Partner at Hoxton Circle, you will be instrumental in aligning financial strategies with the overall business objectives of a leading global brand consultancy. This position offers significant interaction with executive leadership and the opportunity to innovate within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior leadership in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial reports including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow analyses.
- Analyze client and project profitability, develop pricing models, and conduct utilization assessments.
- Engage in capital and commercial management by evaluating business performance and key performance indicators to offer strategic insights and recommendations.
- Drive operational efficiencies through the implementation and integration of financial systems.
Qualifications:
- 2-7 years of relevant experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or as a Finance Business Partner.
- Proven ability to lead process enhancements.
- Experience in the Design, Branding, or Advertising sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Arrangement: This position is hybrid, requiring presence in the office for two days each week.
