Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties – Human Resources

  • Collaborate with the HR Director to assess OKR performance and establish KPI annual SMART goals to enhance business success through measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee the administration of health and welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, while managing open enrollment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including necessary filings.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to evaluate human capital data and identify trends related to KPIs and employee engagement.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR analytics and reporting, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to special projects with innovative thinking and analytical skills.
  • Track HR metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure completion of necessary documentation.
  • Support the execution of leadership programs to enhance colleague engagement.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of performance management and talent development initiatives.

Secondary Duties – Team Support & Administration

  • Manage global payroll processes and compensation processing.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize HRIS functionality for improved efficiency.
  • Analyze labor law changes and recommend necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on compliance efforts related to international offices.
  • Provide guidance on compensation-related matters and job evaluations.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure compliance with compensation laws.
  • Support building management tasks as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience with a strong focus on benefits.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, particularly in benefits, analytics, and performance management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of employment and labor laws.
  • Ability to foster a positive and professional work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
