Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Duties – Human Resources
- Collaborate with the HR Director to assess OKR performance and establish KPI annual SMART goals to enhance business success through measurable outcomes.
- Oversee the administration of health and welfare benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, while managing open enrollment processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including necessary filings.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to evaluate human capital data and identify trends related to KPIs and employee engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for HR analytics and reporting, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to special projects with innovative thinking and analytical skills.
- Track HR metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure completion of necessary documentation.
- Support the execution of leadership programs to enhance colleague engagement.
- Participate in the design and implementation of performance management and talent development initiatives.
Secondary Duties – Team Support & Administration
- Manage global payroll processes and compensation processing.
- Identify opportunities to optimize HRIS functionality for improved efficiency.
- Analyze labor law changes and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the HR team on compliance efforts related to international offices.
- Provide guidance on compensation-related matters and job evaluations.
- Monitor market trends to ensure compliance with compensation laws.
- Support building management tasks as needed.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
- 7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience with a strong focus on benefits.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, particularly in benefits, analytics, and performance management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Understanding of employment and labor laws.
- Ability to foster a positive and professional work environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
