As a Strategic Finance Partner at Hoxton Circle, you will be instrumental in aligning financial objectives with the broader strategic vision of the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leadership, influencing key decisions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist executive management with financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
- Develop and deliver insights on client and project profitability, pricing strategies, and resource utilization.
- Engage in capital and commercial oversight, evaluating business performance and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate process enhancements through the implementation of new systems and integrations.
Qualifications:
- 2-7 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives for process improvement.
- Experience in the Design, Branding, or Advertising sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position, requiring presence in the office on select days.
