About the Role

The Human Resource Analyst will run the daily functions of the People Services department with a primary focus on HRIS analysis, data reporting, and supporting Total Rewards programs including compensation, sales compensation programs, and equity management. In addition, supporting new hire orientation, benefits administration, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Our People Services (People Ops) team collaborates in a fast paced, high change environment supporting our global employees. People Services supports the entire employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, policy and procedure development, employee relations, benefits management, HR technology, performance management, engagement, HR metrics and more. We support our global team with an "exceptional service" mindset to support our managers & employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage HRIS systems and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Support Total Rewards programs including compensation structures, sales compensation plans, and equity management initiatives.
  • Uphold the core values and policies & procedures of the organization.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • At least three years of human resource management experience, total compensation and HRIS experience preferred
  • SHRM-CP Certification is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
  • Knowledge of Google Suites preferred
  • Must be able to handle confidential information
  • Resourceful: willing to jump in, work with both opportunity and constraint, and leverage existing resources to accomplish goals, ability to work independently
  • Team player: confident in collaborating with a diverse community of people and personalities across geographies, backgrounds, and professional abilities
  • Interpersonal with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathetic and care for all stakeholders of Lucidworks, including employees, executives, customers, partners, and guests
