We are in search of an HR Manager who embodies these principles and is prepared to spearhead our human resources initiatives with integrity and passion.

**Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required**

Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring alignment with our core values.
    • Manage job advertisements, resume evaluations, interviews, and the offer process, including salary discussions.
    • Formulate recruitment strategies that reflect our commitment to transparency, dedication, and exceptional experiences.
  • Onboarding & Development:
    • Design and implement a thorough onboarding process that immerses new hires in our family-oriented culture.
    • Create training initiatives that promote employee growth and align with their strengths.
    • Conduct orientation sessions that embody our values of transparency, quality, and commitment.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies that align with our values and adhere to legal standards.
    • Regularly update employee handbooks to ensure all policies reflect our commitment to transparency and a quality workplace.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment.
    • Mediate and resolve workplace disputes, ensuring all interactions are handled with transparency and dedication.
    • Encourage a positive work atmosphere that aligns with our value of exceptional experiences.
  • Payroll & Benefits Management:
    • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring fair compensation for employees.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including negotiations to provide competitive offerings that reflect our commitment to our team.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement performance evaluation systems that foster growth and align with our core values.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers, ensuring performance reviews are conducted with transparency and dedication.
    • Address performance challenges constructively, assisting employees in realizing their strengths.
  • HR Strategy & Planning:
    • Collaborate with leadership to devise HR strategies that support our firm's growth while remaining true to our core values.
    • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion within our organization.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to all legal requirements and maintain accurate HR records.
    • Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices, ensuring our policies are consistently aligned with our values.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within a law firm or professional services setting.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HR software and payroll systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP certification is advantageous.
