Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional HR Leader to enhance our operations by optimizing human resources. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Regional HR Director and serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to the General Manager in your area. Your focus will be on ensuring the right talent is in place at each facility while fostering engagement and career advancement for our employees. As a vital contributor to our People strategy, you will leverage your business insight to influence staffing decisions that positively impact our financial performance. Additionally, you will provide guidance to leaders on performance management and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and engage in critical initiatives to drive HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance through the consistent application of policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with all organizational levels, from production staff to senior management.
  • Act as a mentor to Area General Managers and Front-Line Leaders.
  • Address employee relations issues with thorough identification, reporting, investigation, and resolution.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing team engagement initiatives and advocating for employees.
  • Oversee essential HR processes, including compensation, merit, and bonus planning.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and performance management processes utilizing modern tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Union leadership, where applicable, to sustain positive relations.
  • Manage compensation planning, including the annual merit and bonus process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a Human Resources Business Partner or Management role.
