Red Zone Resources Inc. is in search of a seasoned Business Systems Analyst contractor for a significant engagement focused on transportation systems. The Analyst will play a crucial role in the formulation of business requirements and the creation and presentation of training materials related to business processes and IT applications. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of business analysis, along with a foundational grasp of project management and the system development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, articulate, and document requirements pertaining to data, workflows, and business operations.
  • Record the program and project outputs as assigned.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign business processes.
  • Craft SharePoint and web-based content management solutions to support the revamped business processes.
  • Develop and present training resources for modified business operations and IT applications.
  • Offer limited assistance during the implementation of new processes.
  • Evaluate and estimate the feasibility and compatibility with other initiatives.
  • Provide coordination and leadership for project team members as necessary.
  • Engage with clients to prototype, refine, test, and troubleshoot applications and processes to fulfill their requirements.
  • Ensure quality control for program and project outputs.
  • Deliver operational support for clients and the IT applications that facilitate their business operations.
