About the role:


Here at UKG, our Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud teams (or EPIC), are the driving force behind our innovative technology.

These UKrewers are dedicated to delivering best-in-class solutions that transform how our customers work. With a passion for excellence, EPIC continuously pushes boundaries and strives to make a real impact in the world.

We are searching for an experienced Product Manager who thrives on building great products and enjoys working in an agile environment to lead products from ideation to delivery.

We are seeking a product manager skilled at serving and partnering with key stakeholders, from internal users to customers to service and support teams.

Having passion for working with products that are critical to UKG is essential and that will assist in delivering a product vision to help our customers and our internal organizations execute our overall UKG vision.

The product manager defines and evangelizes the overall strategy and vision for one or more products in a portfolio. They understand the customer and market needs and drive development priorities to maximize the product value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Articulates clear product vision aligned to the overall strategy for the portfolio
  • Able to clearly communicate the vision and priorities to different teams and stakeholders
  • Serves as expert on current state of the product with relevant metrics, benchmarks, and usage data
  • Drives the roadmap and empowers the team to fully own and develop the features
  • Build strong relationships and influence internal partners
  • Fosters a strong product culture for the entire team based in best practices
  • Acts as primary point of contact and guides a cross-functional team to ensure whole-product readiness
Qualifications

About you:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years technology Product Management experience
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Comfortable and experienced presenting to various audiences and levels
  • Experience working with both technical and business user communities
  • Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions
  • and improve products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years knowledge of SAAS product management
  • Experience in Human Resources/Talent
