Production Assembler

Key Responsibilities include:

  • identifying components necessary for a production order and collecting them from designated storage areas for assembly
  • executing various assembly tasks such as installing printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies into metal enclosures, connecting cables, and attaching hardware while following guidelines and maintaining quality standards
  • assembling electro-mechanical components as well as managing wire routing, applying RTV or other adhesives as directed. Proficient use of tools, including torque drivers and hand tools
Job Expectations include:
  • compliance with ESD standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks
  • keeping a tidy workspace and following appropriate material handling practices
  • adhering to production schedules promptly and accurately recording time during the manufacturing process
  • strong attention to detail
  • capable of reading and writing in English
  • ability to lift and carry loads up to 25 lbs
