Role Overview: As a Production Assembler I, you will be responsible for assembling various components into finished products across multiple production lines. You will work under the guidance of the Production Team Leader and Supervisors to ensure compliance with documentation, quality standards, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate diverse fabrication equipment within a controlled clean room environment.
  • Handle delicate components with precision.
  • Load fixtures and manage processing equipment for small devices.
  • Conduct basic measurements and calculations related to specifications.
  • Perform visual inspections during the assembly process, utilizing microscopes as necessary.
  • Document all activities accurately on inspection reports and production records.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality as a critical aspect of the role.
  • Adhere to company quality and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while managing multiple tasks.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Adaptability to changing environments and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting, particularly in contract manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of ISO and FDA regulations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work in environments with varying conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships.
