Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixer I to join our production team at Litehouse Foods. As a Mixer I, you will play a critical role in the performance of our mix systems, ensuring the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load ingredients into blenders and utilize pumping and metering systems to produce complex recipes, adhering to strict allergen guidelines and detailed wash requirements.
  • Changeover and wash out machinery between jobs, maintaining a clean work area and participating in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds.
  • Utilize data collection systems to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability, ensuring correct entries into factory software.
  • Requisition supplies and maintain production records, adhering to Food Safety policies and reporting quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary, lifting up to 55 lbs. independently.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, strongly preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to use computer-based batch automation technology.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and focused, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and establish effective working relationships with colleagues.
