We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Assembler.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial, hands-on role in contributing to the future success of our dynamic organization.


Job Summary:
The role involves supporting assembly processes and integrating components into completed or partially completed products. The assembler will utilize various tools, including torque drivers and hand tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

The assembler will be trained to comply with ESD standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements, ensuring timely support of our production schedule while accurately recording their time during the manufacturing process for effective product costing.

Candidates should be able to read and write in English and will receive training to interpret technical drawings and work instructions, as well as communicate effectively. Maintaining a clean workspace and following proper material handling procedures is expected. Previous experience in reading assembly prints is not a prerequisite.

Requirements:

The assembler will be responsible for identifying and gathering the necessary parts for work orders from designated stocking locations.

They will execute various assembly tasks, such as installing PCB assemblies into metal chassis, connecting cables, and installing hardware, while adhering to instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities also include assembling electro-mechanical components, routing wires, and applying RTV or other adhesives as directed. A keen attention to detail is essential, along with proper material handling and inventory management. US Citizenship is required due to government contract regulations.
