The VP of Sales Provider Genomics is a new role within the Commercial Team.

This role will be based in the US and fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Experience at the Life Sciences, Health Systems and Provider Networks call point
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics, awarded deals and closed deals to meet or exceed company goals
  • Wear multiple hats: we're looking for a player/coach
  • Achieve national sales objectives for LGC suite of Genomics, Telehealth and SAAS services.
  • Lead a national team of RSM.
  • A key stakeholder in the highest value Enterprise/C Suite/IDN deal negotiations and contracting.
  • Work hand in hand with the Enterprise Sales Director to close the highest value deals for LGC.
  • Post contracting will support Regional Sales Managers in implementation and monitoring phases.
  • Bring forward and maintain the highest level of product/market knowledge and competitive intelligence.
  • Maintain profitable sales-to-expense ratio, work with Head of PG to develop and adjust business rules to support ongoing as we enter the market
  • Collaborate with the Head of Provider Genomics to monitor or revise strategies ongoing to support a profitable business unit while also capturing market share.
  • Be the DRI (alongside Head of PG) for KOL engagement in the LGC genomics provider ecosystem.Lead a team of National sales professionals
  • Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers, brokers/consultants, and influencers
  • Gather market feedback and help set the strategic direction of the business
  • Partner with the Director of Enterprise Marketing to achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline
  • Manage rigorous processes for deal management and forecasting
  • Provide transparent and candid feedback and ask for the same in return
  • Work closely with product/marketing teams to prepare sales presentations and other collateral that proactively and effectively address the questions and concerns of prospective customers
  • Partner with the Client Success team to ensure a seamless Sales to Service transition
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings

  • 5+ Years of management experience in health systems
