Your Role
We are seeking a Head of Programmatic Sales Strategy to become a vital part of our Private Marketplace team. Our team operates on a hybrid schedule, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work.

Key Responsibilities
As a leader in this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement programmatic sales strategies targeting a diverse portfolio of agency partners and direct clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP and Sales Directors to execute sales strategies aimed at achieving team revenue objectives.
  • Manage and nurture key relationships within agency trading teams to strategically drive revenue growth.
  • Establish impactful partnerships that influence revenue outcomes.
  • Effectively articulate and present the Nexxen value proposition to agency and client leadership.
  • Negotiate trading agreements that enhance revenue, including joint business plans.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide relevant internal recommendations.
  • Lead training and development initiatives for the sales organization as needed.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Sales, with at least 2 years focused on programmatic (Private Marketplace) sales.
  • Established relationships within the agency landscape, including holding companies and partner agencies.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights derived from data.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and programmatic supply side.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and earn respect from both internal and external stakeholders.
