Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Programmatic Sales Strategy to join our Private Marketplace team. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance two days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programmatic sales strategies targeting a range of holding company agencies, independent agencies, and direct client accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP and Sales Directors to execute sales strategies aimed at achieving team revenue objectives.
  • Manage essential relationships with agency trading teams to strategically drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and nurture key partnerships that influence revenue outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate the Nexxen value proposition to agency and client leadership.
  • Negotiate trading agreements that enhance revenue, including joint business plans.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide relevant internal recommendations.
  • Lead and participate in the ongoing training and development of the sales organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Sales, with at least 2 years focused on selling programmatic (Private Marketplace) deals.
  • Established relationships within the agency landscape, including holding companies and partner agencies.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and convey insights effectively.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and programmatic supply side.
  • The capability to execute cross-team initiatives and command respect from both internal and external stakeholders.
