Job Description

Role

We are in search of a proactive product marketer eager to be part of a rapidly expanding organization, focusing on two of our latest innovative products. We are looking for an individual who can thrive as a player-coach, overseeing and guiding a junior team member while excelling as an individual contributor. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for Workplace and Legal Services, covering aspects such as positioning and messaging, product launches, development of sales enablement materials, representation at ServiceNow and external events, and digital campaign assistance. This role reports to the Director of Product Solution Marketing for Employee Workflows.

The ideal candidate must exhibit a keen eye for detail and quality, coupled with the ability to clearly articulate our value proposition and how we address our buyers' challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across teams to craft impactful persona-based messaging, value propositions, and support materials highlighting the unique advantages of ServiceNow for Workplace Services, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, and other relevant business partners.
  • Manage and execute product launches, including messaging and positioning, internal communications, and field/event marketing.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, campaigns, and other teams to create compelling product marketing content in alignment with our go-to-market strategy.
  • Create diverse content such as case studies, videos, ebooks, infographics, and blog posts.
  • Assist in coordinating and overseeing major conferences and third-party events, encompassing speaker selection, content review, messaging support, and supervision of event staff.
  • Oversight of developing and regularly updating website content to ensure the latest messaging is accurately portrayed.
  • Aid in producing and delivering sales training materials to enhance funnel and sales performance.
  • Serve as a representative for the product and industry, speaking at both internal and external events.
  • Contribute to the development and mentorship of a junior product marketer.
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing to enterprise technology buyers.
  • Familiarity with workplace services, facilities management, and corporate real estate systems is advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in persona-based messaging and storytelling.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and managerial skills for effective interaction with colleagues, staff, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in presenting to enterprise executives at digital and in-person events.
  • Hold at least a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience.
  • Comfortability with social media and active community participation.
  • Up to 25% travel required to support sales initiatives and industry events.
