Position Summary:
The Product Marketing & Pricing Specialist plays a crucial role in determining and modifying the pricing of Restore's offerings, driving revenue and profitability. This position involves conducting market analysis, evaluating trends, utilizing data to formulate effective pricing strategies, and overseeing the implementation of changes across our franchise network. The role also supports new product introductions through competitor analysis and pricing strategy development, alongside promotional initiatives for both national and local sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pricing strategy, recommendations, and change management processes throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to monitor product availability and costs, and work with Operations and Marketing to implement changes for franchises and clients.
- Assist in developing national and local promotional strategies to attract new clientele while enhancing revenue.
- Create pricing proposals for new products and services.
- Monitor market trends and stay informed about competitor pricing and promotions.
- Effectively present recommendations to senior management and team members.
- Support additional integrated product marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing pricing initiatives, including market research and strategic recommendations.
- Experience within marketing teams is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail and comfort with numerical data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across various functions.
- A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
