Role Summary:

We are looking for a talented product marketing professional eager to contribute to a leading company in a rapidly expanding market segment (valued at $64B TAM). A successful Product Marketing Manager (PMM) must effectively drive cross-functional revenue initiatives to achieve significant outcomes. We emphasize strong messaging and positioning abilities, along with collaborative partnerships. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will spearhead the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for ServiceNow's Low Code & Intelligent Automation offerings. You will collaborate with our product business units and sales teams to enhance awareness, clarify strategy, and stimulate growth. Your passion for crafting the right customer narrative and experiences across products and solutions will be crucial in developing a comprehensive product marketing strategy and executing it effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with talented colleagues who will enrich your career and well-being.
  • Lead a new and rapidly growing GTM initiative that encompasses our entire organization.
  • Develop unique positioning and messaging informed by market insights, customer understanding, and sales feedback.
  • Create engaging and innovative content for sales, campaigns, and influencers to boost customer and market awareness.
  • Oversee messaging for product and sales play launches, working closely with product management, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to enhance pipeline growth.
  • Partner with industry marketing and product teams to craft industry-leading messaging and solutions that unlock new markets and opportunities.
  • Equip sales teams with effective enablement materials that clearly articulate the value and differentiation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership perspectives for campaigns, analyst engagement, and selling differentiation.
  • Engage with the analyst community to effectively communicate our value proposition and vision.
  • Act as the primary advocate for ServiceNow's differentiation in Low Code & Intelligent Automation at industry events.
Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within enterprise software focused on application development, automation, or AI.
  • Strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing insight-driven, content-led marketing and sales enablement materials.
  • A results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the needs of IT, application development, and automation leaders across various organizations and industry sectors.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, excellent written communication skills, and dynamic presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with peers, colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.
