Position Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the manufacturing company. This executive role demands a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and the ability to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Manage all aspects of financial risk, including compliance and audit.
  • Collaborate with other executive leaders to set and achieve long-term business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in a senior financial role within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
