The ideal candidate will possess a robust history of success in the structured products market and maintain strong industry connections.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and distribution of structured financial products through diverse business avenues.
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships within the structured products sector.
- Tailor financial structures to align with client objectives.
- Manage sales of both new offerings and existing inventory.
- Collaborate closely with Mesirow Financial's Wealth Advisors.
- Provide educational support to targeted advisors regarding structured financial products.
- Deliver outstanding sales service and be prepared to travel as needed.
- Perform additional job-related duties as required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in structured financial product sales.
- Bachelor's Degree along with FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
- A well-established network of accounts and industry relationships.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in structured products and fixed income sales.
- Demonstrated history of surpassing revenue goals.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms.
- Self-driven and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
