Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and distribution of structured financial products through diverse business avenues.
  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships within the structured products sector.
  • Tailor financial structures to align with client objectives.
  • Manage sales of both new offerings and existing inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with Mesirow Financial's Wealth Advisors.
  • Provide educational support to targeted advisors regarding structured financial products.
  • Deliver outstanding sales service and be prepared to travel as needed.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in structured financial product sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree along with FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
  • A well-established network of accounts and industry relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in structured products and fixed income sales.
  • Demonstrated history of surpassing revenue goals.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms.
  • Self-driven and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
