Senior Sales Representative

Mesirow Financial is a distinguished, employee-owned firm that excels in investment strategies, risk management, and advisory services. We are on the lookout for a seasoned sales professional in structured financial products to enhance our sales and distribution efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a robust history of success in selling structured financial solutions and maintain strong industry connections.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and distribution of structured financial products through diverse business channels.
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships within the structured products sector.
- Tailor financial structures to align with client objectives.
- Manage sales of both new issues and existing inventory positions.
- Collaborate effectively with Mesirow Financial's Wealth Advisors.
- Provide education to targeted advisors regarding structured financial products.
- Deliver outstanding sales service and demonstrate willingness to travel as needed.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales of structured financial products.
- Bachelor's Degree along with FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
- A well-established network of accounts and industry relationships.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in structured financial products and fixed income sales.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing revenue goals.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms.
- Self-driven and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
