Primary Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Adherence: Remain knowledgeable about the legal frameworks, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to clinical and medical practices. Ensure alignment with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and FDA standards.
- Policy Formulation: Develop and revise compliance policies and procedures. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create thorough compliance frameworks.
- Education and Training: Provide training and resources to healthcare personnel regarding compliance policies and regulations.
- Monitoring and Auditing: Perform regular assessments to evaluate compliance levels and address any discrepancies.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep comprehensive records of compliance activities and prepare reports for management review.

Required Qualifications:
