About the Position

The Chief Operations Officer of Healthcare Solutions is accountable for the comprehensive operational execution necessary to meet revenue targets. This pivotal role will significantly contribute to the growth of a well-established healthcare technology enterprise, overseeing Product Delivery and Consulting, Data Management, a multi-national matrix organization, and Product Operations and Support. This team will collaborate closely with product management, strategy, sales, engineering, and marketing to ensure our vision is effectively realized. Key experience for this role includes familiarity with:

  • Multi-national matrix environments (offshore, hybrid)
  • A dynamic, fast-paced daily environment and complex operational models
  • Rapidly evolving product lines and delivery methods utilizing top-tier technologies

  • P&L oversight and large team management
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a global operations team, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance team productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Healthcare Business Unit, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate team performance against established benchmarks.
  • Bridge communication gaps across multiple languages, ensuring consistent and high-quality operations globally.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to understand local needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Implement automation strategies to drive operational excellence.
  • Work with technology teams to seamlessly integrate automation tools to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Develop training programs to improve team members' operational skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with over 10 years of experience in Services and Operations, demonstrating success in previous roles or a proven business track record at a senior level.
  • Advanced conceptual thinking in complex or novel situations.
  • Ability to thrive in a heavily matrixed and distributed environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with company products and services.
  • Experience in preparing, implementing, and surpassing established strategic business plans.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in delivering results within assigned expense budgets, including revenue growth with effective expense management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum seven years) in leading a global operations team in a similar industry, focusing on market research panels or healthcare.
  • Proven success in implementing and managing automation solutions for operational excellence.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
