Marketing / Brand Manager with a knack for licensing, a passion for storytelling, and a strategic mindset to join our dynamic team and propel our brand to new heights.

As our Sr.

Marketing / Brand Manager, you will be the driving force behind our product promotion, brand visibility, and sales optimization efforts.

You will leverage your expertise to craft compelling marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, enhance our online presence, and forge strong connections with marketplace partners.


This role would ideally be based in Cleveland, OH area with working a hybrid schedule of three days in the office, however remote candidates may be considered for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence, driving traffic and boosting sales across all channels.
  • Ensure our product listings are irresistible, with engaging descriptions, high-quality images, and optimized keywords across various platforms.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of consumer trends, identify new licensing opportunities, and analyze competitor strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns, from promotional activities to content creation.
  • Utilize marketplace metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches and make informed decisions.
  • Actively monitor and engage with customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of marketplace policies and industry best practices to ensure our brand remains prominent and compliant.
  • Use advanced analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators, generating insights to guide marketing strategy and budget allocation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align inventory management with marketing efforts, ensuring optimal product availability.
  • Forge and nurture relationships with marketplace partners, exploring co-marketing opportunities and negotiating beneficial agreements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in e-commerce, licensing, or the soft lines industry.
  • Deep understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) and experience optimizing product visibility and sales.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making.
  • Creativity in content creation, with a talent for writing compelling product narratives and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms, SEO principles, and keyword optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptable, with a proactive and collaborative work ethic.
  • Knowledge of HTML, graphic design, and photo editing software is a plus.
