Position Overview

The Ohio Brand Representative plays a pivotal role in embodying and promoting our brand in a friendly and engaging manner. This position is essential for enhancing and sustaining a positive brand image while boosting brand recognition. The primary responsibilities include conducting in-store tastings, with occasional engagements at bars and restaurants, as well as participating in all-day promotional events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the product and the brand as a whole.
  • Stay informed about product features, new launches, brand metrics, and unique selling propositions.
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor to foster a favorable impression.
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times.
  • Follow any dress code or appearance guidelines established by the company.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to relay to the marketing and product development teams.
  • Communicate consumer preferences and concerns to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Accurately and efficiently report event-specific data using the Company Sampling Portal.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in handling unexpected situations or changes during promotional events.
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Commit to working 2 Fridays and Saturdays each month.
What You Will Experience
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying its values and mission.
  • Collaborate with account managers and event staff for effective planning and execution to enhance brand visibility.
  • Engage with consumers during high-priority off-premise sampling events at grocery and liquor stores.
  • Interact with consumers and management during on-premise events at restaurants, bars, and community gatherings.
  • Participate in occasional marketing initiatives for local community events.
NOTE: MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO 2 FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS PER MONTH

The Ohio Brand Representative is classified as a 1099 Contracted Employee.
