We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Dealer Financial Services team at Bank of America. As a key member of our Commercial Dealership Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and prospects in the automotive and recreational vehicle dealership industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, maintain, and build existing and new dealer commercial client relationships
  • Establish brand new commercial relationships for Dealer Financial Services and the Bank
  • Maintain existing significant client relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide expert financial analysis and credit assessment to support loan structuring and decision-making
Requirements
  • At least 7-10 years of broad-based sales experience within Commercial Dealership Sales or Sales Experience within the Dealer Captive Market
  • Extensive experience in financial analysis and a thorough understanding of dealership financial statements
  • Ability to accurately review and opine on the strengths/weaknesses of the client's Income Statement and Balance Sheet reporting
  • Astute assessment of the current and historical financial condition of a company by analyzing ratios, the asset conversion cycle, and cash flow
  • Expert application of sound accounting principles to spreading financial statements and analyzing credit
  • Leverage relevant technology, tools, and resources to maximize the financial management of the business
  • Bring in partners at the appropriate time to support a sales opportunity
  • Knowledge of the market and ability to identify cross-selling opportunities

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Existing knowledge of the market
  • Demonstrates flexibility and openness to new ideas and to change
  • Negotiates effectively by managing client expectations around deals
  • Capitalizes on unexpected events or circumstances and turns them into sales opportunities
