We are seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager who will be accountable for managing a diverse range of products and achieving outcomes that align with the strategic objectives of the organization. This position requires the formulation and implementation of long-term plans, ensuring alignment across the organization, and securing endorsement from senior management. By employing a data-centric methodology, the Senior Product Strategy Manager will maintain a comprehensive awareness of market dynamics, emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive environments to effectively achieve revenue and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee financial strategies to surpass product portfolio targets.
  • Craft and articulate effective strategies for enduring success.
  • Lead product innovation and market entry strategies driven by insights.
  • Manage the execution of the 3-year product roadmap.
  • Supervise product value propositions, pricing strategies, and development processes.
  • Collaborate on the development of new distribution channels and marketing initiatives.
  • Track product costs and enhance profit margins.
  • Engage in strategic partnerships for customer support and licensing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven track record in successful product development.
  • Familiarity with stage-gate product development processes.
  • Expertise in market analysis, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
  • History of executing business and marketing plans successfully.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative and entrepreneurial setting.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
