Reporting to the CFO, the Pricing Specialist will work with the Sales team to provide customer pricing. The Pricing Specialist will work with Finance to develop pricing models – at target margins – and ensure consistent pricing and a streamlined process. The position will also include responsibility for profit margin analysis, sales reporting and sales process optimization.

What You'll Do at OM1

  • Work with the Finance and leadership team to develop and/or refine pricing models for each business line
  • Support the Sales team with dynamic pricing models for customized study opportunities
  • Partner with the Sales Operation team to forecast, analyze and report on business performance
  • Analyze profit margins by business line to further refine pricing models
  • Support the Finance and Executive team with in-depth analysis across the organization

What You'll Bring to OM1

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2 - 4 years of finance experience within a healthcare technology company or CRO
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel – developing dynamic models and sensitivity analyses
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of GAAP

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and work under deadline pressure
  • Experience in a startup environment
