Job Overview

As a Client Engagement Specialist at Glades Talent, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming inquiries and opportunities related to our services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with families, advisors, and individuals to discuss our offerings.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, coordinating next steps, and ensuring a smooth intake process.
  • Addressing financial inquiries and providing clarity on pricing based on various factors such as client needs and urgency.
  • Creating and sending detailed proposals to prospective clients outlining our service capabilities.
  • Assisting the Director with intake-related tasks, including follow-ups with families and referral sources.
  • Facilitating contract initiation and payment processes with clients.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of available staff resources to effectively match them with client needs.
  • Utilizing Salesforce to generate reports, analyze trends, and enhance our intake procedures.
  • Ensuring all staff profiles are accurately maintained on the shared server.
  • Collaborating with team members to recruit and onboard staff in new regions.
  • Building rapport with clients throughout the intake journey and guiding them to additional support services.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with providers at referring facilities.
  • Participating in a weekly on-call rotation.

  • Experience in customer service or call center environments.
