Key Responsibilities- Engage with all Richard Wolf clients in the assigned region to solicit repair orders, ensuring the collection of defective items for processing and return.
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance to guarantee the optimal functioning of RWMIC equipment at customer sites, facilitating necessary repairs or exchanges.
- Manage the delivery of repaired items back to clients, maintaining knowledge of repair histories and applicable pricing structures.
- Encourage on-site Repair Exchange transactions utilizing assigned inventory, demonstrating strong commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail.
- Report directly to the National Service & Repair Manager while collaborating effectively with independent sales representatives to optimize account targeting and route planning for maximum repair revenue.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of RWMIC products and their surgical applications, alongside a thorough knowledge of the various repair programs offered, including their pricing and customer benefits.
- Address technical issues arising from third-party repairs, effectively communicating and demonstrating any defects or inadequate repairs to clients.
- Travel extensively within the designated territory to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Troubleshoot core nova equipment as necessary.
- Achieve and maintain certification for CCSVP, CRCST, or CST within the first year of employment.
- Adhere to the RWMIC Quality Manual and relevant laws and regulations applicable to this position.
- Complete all required Quality & Compliance training within specified deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the National Service & Repair Manager.
- High school diploma required; preference for candidates with a degree in biomedical engineering, RN with O.R. experience, or relevant certifications (CRCST or CST).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in PC applications, particularly the MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license with an exemplary driving record.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- 1-3 years of experience with endoscopic equipment and knowledge of minimally invasive surgical procedures is preferred.
- Experience in diverse cultural environments is essential for successful employment.
- Physical demands include the ability to lift/carry over 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods, and push/pull over 50 pounds.
- Work environment may involve exposure to infectious diseases, lasers, X-rays, and chemicals.
- RWMIC provides annual immunizations for Hep B and flu shots for all employees, emphasizing the importance of safety in the workplace.
