  • The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with the AR Manager and will have opportunities for advancement within the broader Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating invoices based on production data.
  • Managing the complete Accounts Receivable cycle, which includes invoice entry, information verification, reconciliation, and payment processing.
  • Engaging with clients through phone and email to address Accounts Receivable inquiries.
  • Maintaining an accurate and current Accounts Receivable ledger.
  • Assisting with the month-end closing process by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Modifying invoices in accordance with pricing and client details.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions, both written and verbal.

Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
