  • Coordinate property showings utilizing various marketing channels.

  • Prepare comprehensive application packages, manage lease documentation, and oversee the entire move-in process.
  • Input prospect data into all necessary management systems accurately.
  • Stay informed about competitor pricing, offerings, and incentives to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify and respond proactively to market changes and competitive dynamics.
  • Engage in diligent follow-ups with clients, delivering compelling closing presentations.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in residential leasing or sales is essential.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are necessary based on the assigned portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
  • A creative mindset with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work weekends as needed.
  • Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
