About the Role:

As our overlay Sales Specialist for Cognism Enrich, you are an accomplished professional with high performance standards, driven to succeed and be an integral part of a winning team. We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to build customer value and drive revenue growth for an emerging product. Reporting directly to our VP of Renewal and Growth, you will work collaboratively with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Solution Consultants and our Product team to support the growth of Cognism's Enrich solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead efforts to expand Cognism's Enrich solution within our global client base, focusing on generating expansion opportunities for this service
  • Working in collaboration with Account Managers, identify and qualify opportunities and cultivate a strategic portfolio of Cognism clients for the adoption our Enrich solution
  • Bridge the gap between clients' business objectives and the capabilities of the Cognism Enrich solution, delivering value-driven proposals
  • Maintain a dynamic pipeline of prospective opportunities, robust enough to meet and exceed sales quotas for Cognism Enrich
  • Take ownership of sales opportunities from initiation to closure, ensuring a customer-centric approach throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Establish a proactive feedback mechanism with the Product team to iteratively enhance the Cognism Enrich solution, aligning it with evolving market demands
  • Commit to achieving and surpassing set sales objectives, contributing significantly to the successful launch of Cognism Enrich

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of successful B2B sales experience and ideally 2+ years of overlay experience
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quotas in software sales
  • Consultative selling skills (questioning, listening, handling call dynamics, managing objections, closing for next steps)
  • The ability to work in partnership with Account Managers to develop opportunities and sell value for Cognism Enrich, and how it works with our overall solution
  • Experience selling to Sales and/or Marketing buyers and decision makers
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast paced environments
  • Strong proficiency in building high-level relationships with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and adaptability, crucial for success in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
  • Highly collaborative individual capable of motivating others effectively
  • Strong skills in prospecting, needs analysis, negotiation, and closing deals
