MS Intune Project Manager

Position Objective: Provide services as a MS Intune Project Manager in support of the overall functions of the Center for Information Technology (CIT) within the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Serve as the Project Manager to lead a Cyber Resiliency Program to fully enroll all Windows and Macintosh endpoints at NIH in MS Intune. The scope of the project is to assist the NIH ICOs in enrolling Windows systems into Intune and develop a GPO assessment focused on modernizing and migrating NIH mandatory baselines in Intune.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project documentation to include charter, schedule, resource plans and budgets.
  • Recommend and support routine project management meetings, updates and prepare a variety of status reports and dashboards.
  • Assist staff coordinate project management activities, to include routine meetings and development of reports.
  • Conduct project-related activities, including developing needed materials, power-point presentations, arranging discussions, and facilitating interactions.
  • Coordinate, track and complete action items and report progress to project owners.
  • Support internal resources plan and implement activities in support of project in accordance with project priorities and schedule.
  • Prepare project dashboards and summaries, milestone status and updates to work breakdown structure as necessary.
  • Prepare progress reports, summaries, descriptions, and other materials to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 4
  • Present project updates and status reports at recurrent staff and management meetings. 5
  • Establish project metrics to measure and evaluate project cost and performance. 3
  • Perform literature reviews of related projects to identify new approaches to improving project management. 2
  • Review other project management plans and recommend improvements. 1

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management and administration, computer administration management and security, computer and information systems, information sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Experience with expense reconciliation, project management/planning, timekeeping, fellowship program management, website content management, executive level support, meeting coordination, and outreach activities.
  • Skilled in SharePoint and MS Office.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
