Leidos is in search of seasoned Project Management Analysts to support our client's operational needs within a mission-driven program in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will work alongside a diverse group of professionals within the intelligence community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert mission requirements into clear technical specifications to ensure all stakeholders understand project goals.
  • Design and implement project management strategies that clearly define the scope of work and necessary tasks while tracking progress.
  • Oversee assigned projects and deliverables to ensure adherence to established timelines.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Draft briefings, talking points, Work Breakdown Structures, Project Management Plans, and Communication Plans to support deliverable production.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform project decisions and recommendations.
  • Identify and communicate project challenges and propose solutions.
  • Organize and lead meetings effectively.
  • Collaborate across teams and departments to meet project objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, or a Master's degree with relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with the project life cycle, risk management, and project assessment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage assigned deliverables.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, accurate work.
  • Proficient in various software tools for project management, including spreadsheets and data visualization tools.
  • Capability to monitor and assess the quality and performance of projects and deliverables.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to changing customer priorities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within the intelligence community.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent.
  • Certified Scrum Master.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint.
