Position Overview

PCI Government Services LLC is in search of a Project Coordination Manager with expertise in program oversight, operational management, quality control, and team leadership. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in guiding the development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), collaborating with diverse teams, and managing a variety of deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all facets of contractual responsibilities and project tasks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC), offering supervision and direction for all project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain progress reports for management, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring all tasks are completed within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Address issues and ensure client satisfaction with deliverables.
  • Provide both technical and administrative leadership for tasks, including financial oversight and review of work products for accuracy, quality, and thoroughness.
  • Manage a team focused on enhancing existing compliance content, ensuring effective training and implementation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 8-12 years of proven experience in program management.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience with a large government contractor is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and related software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Familiarity with best practices and methodologies in project management.
  • Experience in full life-cycle project management.
  • Proven track record of completing tasks within the specified scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
