We are seeking accomplished individuals for the role of Senior Project Management Analyst to fulfill our client's operational needs within a mission-driven program set in a dynamic environment. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with a diverse array of professionals across the intelligence sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert mission requirements into technical specifications to ensure all parties comprehend project goals.
  • Formulate and implement project management strategies that clearly define the scope of work and required tasks while overseeing progress.
  • Oversee assigned projects and their deliverables in accordance with an established timeline.
  • Prepare and present clear and concise reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Draft briefings, talking points, Work Breakdown Structures, Project Management Plans, and Communication Plans to facilitate the production of assigned deliverables.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform project decisions and recommendations.
  • Identify and communicate project challenges and deficiencies while proposing solutions.
  • Organize and lead meetings effectively.
  • Collaborate across teams and departments to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • A Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or a Master's degree with prior relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle, risk management, and project assessment.
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, precise, and thorough products.
  • Proficient in utilizing various software tools for project tasks, including project management software, spreadsheets, scheduling, and data visualization tools.
  • Capability to monitor and assess the quality and performance of assigned projects and deliverables.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing customer priorities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the intelligence community.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent.
  • Certified Scrum Master.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
